Data controller
The data controller is Q Division Limited, of Suite 4.01 Ormond Building, 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper, Arran Quay, Dublin, D07 F6DC, Ireland. For any request about your data, write to spektor@qdivision.ie.
What data we process
This site is entirely static: it has no user accounts, no members area, and collects no data outside the Briefing request form.
If you fill in the form, we process what you enter: information about your organisation, your contact details, information about AI use in your organisation and about who would attend the Briefing, and whatever you write in the free-text fields.
Why we process it
We use this data to assess your request for an Executive Briefing and, if it is the right step, to reply to you and arrange the session. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent, given by ticking the dedicated box in the form before you send it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Who processes the data
The request form runs on Netlify Forms: what you enter is transmitted to, and processed by, Netlify, Inc., which acts as a sub-processor, on servers in the United States, within the standard safeguards for transfers of data from the European Union to the United States. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from the form for as long as it takes to assess and answer your request.
Cookies
This site installs no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies, and uses no traffic-analysis tools. Details are in the Cookie notice.
Your rights
Over your data you have the right to: ask for access to it, have it corrected if inaccurate, have it deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, object to the processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For an organisation established in Ireland, such as Q Division Limited, the competent authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC).
