Ninety minutes prepared around your organisation. Not a presentation.
The Briefing is the first step of the Spektor system: a working session with those who lead the organisation, built on your specific situation. It is not an introductory meeting.
What is at the centre of the table
Before the session we prepare a preliminary picture of your organisation: which AI tools are already in use, in which functions, with which data, within what framework of responsibility. Two pages about your organisation.
For the ninety minutes, that document is at the centre of the table. No slides about Spektor, no slides about the AI Act. The discussion works through it point by point, and every correction you make is information: it is the moment when senior management sees its own AI adoption mapped, often for the first time.
What it produces
After the session you receive a written memo: the findings, the corrections discussed, the decisions to consider, in a form you can circulate internally.
The memo has one quality criterion that is not negotiable: it is not delivered until it contains at least one finding about your organisation that you did not know.
What it is not
It is not a presentation of Spektor. It is not an introductory course on artificial intelligence. And it is not a sale: in the ninety minutes there is no talk of services or offers. Any proposal to continue comes after the memo, in writing, and you weigh it with no one else in the room.
Terms
The Briefing has a defined cost and format, communicated when you make your request. Those who lead the organisation attend: it is a senior management session, not an exploratory meeting that can be delegated to staff.
