Why Spektor exists
Spektor worked on data protection before it worked on artificial intelligence. The GDPR taught organisations something that still holds: a rule counts only if people apply it, if someone answers for it and if the organisation can demonstrate it. With AI the same problem returns, faster and in every function. That is why Spektor now works on the governance of AI adoption, with those who lead the organisation.
Two voices
Spektor brings together two perspectives the market offers only separately: governance and operational adoption. The value lies where they meet, where the rule becomes everyday behaviour.

Governance, strategy, the AI Act, the relationship with senior management. Twenty-five years of digital transformation lived as a practitioner, not an observer: eCommerce, projects for small and medium-sized businesses and for large companies, the practical adoption of AI. Author of Prompt Ergo Sum, a book on the relationship between artificial intelligence, thought and responsibility, the result of several years of editorial work. At Spektor, Alessandro leads the Executive Briefing and works with senior management and the control functions on framework, risk and responsibility.
Raffaella Aghemo.
Operational adoption of AI: workflows by function, enabling teams, supporting implementation inside day-to-day processes. A consultant on artificial intelligence, legaltech, intellectual property, privacy and new technologies, and a lawyer by training. A trainer and lecturer on new technologies, and the author of legal analysis articles, papers and reports. At Spektor, Raffaella works with the operational functions on real workflows, on checking outputs, on the tools the organisation actually uses.
Independence
Spektor does not sell software, does not resell licences, and has no technology partnerships that steer its recommendations. We have no supplier to recommend.
Almost all advice on AI comes from someone with something to install. Independence is what makes the answer to the decisive question credible: what do you actually need?
The aim is an organisation able to assess any tool, present or future, without depending on a supplier, a technology or a consultant for every choice.
